Need more usage hours? Learn how to purchase a time package for your team on RemoteSpace.

When your team's remaining usage time is insufficient, you can purchase an additional time package to extend your team's usage time.

Currently, only the team administrator can purchase the add-on time package.

The steps are as follows:

Log in to Your Account

Log in to the RemoteSpace workspace.Select the team you wish to upgrade.

Access the Team Management Dashboard

Click "Manage" to access the team management dashboard.

Select the Desired Time Package

Click the "Time Package" button at the bottom left of the page to access the time package subscription page. Choose the time package that best suits your team’s needs.

Complete Payment

After selecting a time package, click "Go to Pay" to proceed to the checkout page. Follow the payment instructions to complete the purchase. Payments can be made securely using PayPal or Stripe.

Activate the Time Package

Once payment is successful, the add-on time package will be activated, and the additional hours will be available for your team to use.
