This guide will walk you through the process of exploring, selecting, and subscribing to the plan that suits you best, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Let’s get started!

1. Subscription Plan Types

Free Package

When you create a new account on RemoteSpace, you automatically receive access to our Free Plan.

The Free Plan includes:

1 GB Storage Capacity
5 Hours of Usage Time
up to 2 Workspaces
up to 2 Team Members

The Free Plan applies only to your first team. If you create a second team, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid subscription plan to start using it.

If you'd like to unlock more features and enjoy additional benefits, you can upgrade to one of our paid subscription package.

Professional Package

Suitable for small to medium-sized teams, it includes:

50 GB Storage Capacity
80 Hours of Usage Time
up to 20 Workspaces
up to 6 Team Members

Team Package

Suitable for medium to large-sized teams, it includes:

500 GB Storage Capacity
700 Hours of Usage Time
up to 120 Workspaces
up to 20 Team Members

If the existing plans do not meet your needs, you can contact us to customize a plan tailored to your requirements.

2. Choose a Payment Method

Select the subscription plan you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout page. Currently, we support two payment methods: PayPal and Stripe.

Choose your preferred payment method and click "Go to Pay" to complete the transaction.

3. Confirm and Subscribe

Fill in the required payment details as prompted on the page. Once completed, click "Subscribe" to finalize your subscription.

4. View Subscription Plan

After completing the payment, click " Completed" to access the team management dashboard. You can review your subscription plan on the Orders page.
