How to cancel a subscription plan?

Learn how to cancel your RemoteSpace subscription easily. Follow our step-by-step guide to unsubscribe or restore your plan.

Detail

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of the period, you can still use RemoteSpace until your subscription expires.


Here's a simple guide to help you through it.

Log in to your account

Log in to the RemoteSpace workspace.Select the team you want to unsubscribe from.


Access the Team Management Dashboard


Click "Manage" to access the team management dashboard.


Cancel Subscription

Click "Subscribe" to access the subscription page. Then, click "UnSubscribe" in the top-right corner to cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the current plan expires.



If you wish to restore your subscription, you can click "Restore Subscription" in the top-right corner to reactivate it.
