Job Description:
DXC Technology in Prague is seeking a dedicated Workday HRIS Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and maintaining the human resources information system (HRIS) to ensure its credibility and ease of use throughout the user community. The HRIS Coordinator will maintains HRIS and support Workday business process configuration.
Location: Czechia, remote
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with human resources staff to design and document business processes, workflows, output, and data retention requirements.
Process HRIS change requests for configuration changes
Participate in HR and Payroll projects and implement Core HCM changes
Process HRIS clean up activities
Develop HRIS for human resources staff to enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS database.
Provide support to the end-user community, troubleshoot system issues, and communicate system changes to users.
Train end-users and human resources staff to ensure a high level of knowledge of the HRIS and its capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience in human resource information systems (HRIS), human resources, or computer sciences.
Experience with human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
Experience with HRIS and database management and infrastructure software.
