We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in inside sales & real estate to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the real estate sector (cold and warm calls)
- Qualify prospects, set appointments, and follow up with leads generated through various channels
- Manage CRM system, update client information, and track leads through the sales pipeline
- Maintain regular communication with potential buyers, sellers, and real estate agents
- Assist in creating and managing email and text marketing campaigns to engage prospects
- Support the real estate team with listing coordination, scheduling showings, and managing appointments
- Handle inquiries from clients, providing accurate and prompt information about properties and real estate services
- Conduct research on potential properties, market trends, and local real estate developments
- Coordinate with external vendors, real estate agents, and contractors to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other related real estate documentation
- Generate reports on sales activity, lead generation efforts, and conversion metrics
- Ensure seamless follow-up with all prospects to nurture leads and close deals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, including lead generation, transaction coordination, and client follow-up
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience with real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, MLS, Redfin) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online marketing tools
