We are seeking a creative and dynamic Viral Media Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Viral Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns designed to create shareable, engaging, and viral content that resonates with diverse audiences across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Viral Campaigns:
Create and execute strategies to produce viral content that drives massive engagement across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Leverage current trends, memes, pop culture, and influencer collaborations to amplify content reach and virality.
Develop creative and shareable multimedia content, such as videos, memes, infographics, and interactive posts.
Trendspotting and Innovation:
Stay ahead of digital trends, viral phenomena, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for viral marketing.
Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, viral content themes, and platform-specific nuances.
Quickly adapt campaigns based on real-time feedback and audience engagement metrics.
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
Plan and create content calendars, ensuring that the brand remains visible and consistent in the digital landscape.
Write compelling and catchy headlines, captions, and posts that drive clicks, shares, and comments.
Use data and analytics to guide content creation, ensuring that each post is optimized for engagement and reach.
Influencer Partnerships & Collaborations:
Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and online communities to enhance campaign reach and virality.
Negotiate partnerships with influencers to help amplify brand messages, products, or services.
Manage and execute influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracts, and performance tracking.
Campaign Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor the performance of viral campaigns, track engagement metrics (e.g., shares, comments, likes, views), and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Socialbakers) to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify top-performing content, and report on ROI.
Optimize campaigns based on engagement data and ensure consistent growth in key performance indicators.
Brand Voice and Consistency:
Maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and personality across all viral content to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Ensure content aligns with the company's goals, values, and key messaging, while also tapping into viral potential.
Community Engagement & Social Listening:
Actively engage with online communities, respond to user comments, and participate in trending conversations to boost visibility and brand presence.
Use social listening tools to monitor audience sentiment, track competitors, and identify new trends or opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative, product, and PR teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and broader business objectives.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to bring viral concepts to life.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media marketing.
Proven track record of creating viral content or campaigns that have gained significant social media traction.
Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
Strong understanding of how social media algorithms work and how to leverage them for viral marketing.
