IT User Services SpecialistOverview:

The IT Support Specialist provides end user support for user’s technical and application issues while also supporting the IT Infrastructure and Systems team as necessary. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in office.

Responsibilities

Basic Function/Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, servers and other IT related systems
  • Create and manage user accounts and access
  • Perform Office 365 and network administration
  • Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary
  • Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures and end-user training

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

  • Office 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Office
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange Server/ Exchange Online
  • Networking – Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc.
  • Mobile Device Management
  • AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions
  • Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
  • A minimum of two years of experience is required.
