Your mission
- Support all race, test, simulator and rig activities
- Working on performance controls to optimize the performance of car and driver
- Providing pre & post event simulation, analysis and key performance metrics of car performance in race and test events
- Run simulator sessions for car development, race preparation and post-race correlation
- Develop the simulator to improve correlation to track
Your profile
- Degree in engineering or comparable higher education
- At least 3 years’ experience in high level motor sports
- Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics
- Knowledge of measurement technology application tools
- Practical experience in the use of commercial software such as MATLAB
- Knowledge of data analysis programs
- Good communication skills
- Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends
- You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment
