bloXroute is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work directly with our Support team. As the Technical Support Engineer you will be focused on defining clear procedures to create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independently investigate and troubleshoot problems to resolution by collaborating with DevOps and Engineering teams
  • Support sales and business development activities
  • Seamlessly onboard new users, blockchains, miners and businesses
  • Perform corrective maintenance activities with users
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, such as software upgrades, as needed
  • Identify issues and quality gaps in bloXroute’s service for multiple blockchains
  • Write technical whitepapers and application notes
  • Provide clarity on quality requirements received from management and Engineering team
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommend action plans to improve program QA

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or relevant experience
  • Understanding of ETH and EVM blockchain networks
  • Experience with using web3 (like web3py, web3js) clients to query blockchain data
  • Understanding of blockchain nodes and p2p networks
  • Basic understanding of smart contracts and defi
  • Basic experience in writing code and infrastructure management (Docker)
