Your Opportunity:

As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you will be responsible for the technical relationship with our customers, serving as their technical advocate and helping extend coverage at scale for our Mid-Market segment. Your role is pivotal in facilitating customer adoption and realising platform value through focused engagement and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Support & Adoption:
    • Assist during the onboarding process, address initial challenges, and help achieve committed consumption levels.
    • Conduct training sessions and create educational resources to empower users.
  • Activity Management & Relationship Building:
    • Aid in executing Mutual Activity Plans, monitor progress, and contribute insights for identifying growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders, understand their goals, and support them to enhance satisfaction.
  • Value Communication & Updates:
    • Assist in developing business cases for expansion and quantify solution impacts through regular reporting.
    • Keep users updated on new features and provide training for ongoing proficiency.

This Role Requires:

  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), and/or Observability Platforms.
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL scripting is beneficial.
  • Experience & Communication Skills:
    • Experience in customer-facing roles within the SaaS or tech sectors.
    • Skilled in communicating technical concepts clearly and building strong relationships.
  • Solution-Oriented & Collaborative Approach:
    • A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer success.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams; proficiency in a European language is advantageous for EMEA customer collaboration.
