Step into a much sought after leadership role within our expanding PIDO (financial lines) portfolio, where you will:

  • Collaborate closely with international broking partners, gaining valuable market exposure

Your new role

As a Financial Lines Underwriting Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving growth and capability within our PIDO portfolio. You will:

  • Lead and support a team of underwriters, ensuring quality outcomes across quotes, renewals, and policy servicing
  • Provide expert underwriting guidance, coaching, and technical support to nurture talent and grow individual capability
  • Oversee day-to-day underwriting activities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Spot new business opportunities and collaborate with your team to expand the portfolio
  • Assist underwriters with complex cases and ensure timely, professional service within underwriting guidelines
  • Manage a small book of complex, high-value accounts

About you

You're either already a Team Leader or are ready to step into leadership and make a meaningful impact. You bring:
