Your new role
As a Financial Lines Underwriting Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving growth and capability within our PIDO portfolio. You will:
- Lead and support a team of underwriters, ensuring quality outcomes across quotes, renewals, and policy servicing
- Provide expert underwriting guidance, coaching, and technical support to nurture talent and grow individual capability
- Oversee day-to-day underwriting activities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Spot new business opportunities and collaborate with your team to expand the portfolio
- Assist underwriters with complex cases and ensure timely, professional service within underwriting guidelines
- Manage a small book of complex, high-value accounts

About you
You're either already a Team Leader or are ready to step into leadership and make a meaningful impact. You bring:

- A strong understanding of commercial underwriting (financial lines experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
