RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of forms designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry's legal and compliance requirements related to forms and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to define form design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end forms design process, from concept and wireframing to final implementation and testing.
- Create and maintain a library of standardized form templates that enhance user experience and promote efficiency.
- Conduct regular usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve form design processes.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the importance of clear, accessible, and user-friendly forms.
- Ensure that all forms are compliant with relevant regulations and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing materials that promote our forms to both users and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in forms design, user experience design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of user accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a passion for creating visually compelling and functional designs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
