We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Specialist to drive sales of cutting-edge software solutions in the fields of logistics, safety, and artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate is results-driven, has a strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles, and demonstrates a deep knowledge of the logistics and safety industries, as well as AI-driven technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients in the logistics, safety, and AI sectors.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions tailored to clients’ specific operational challenges.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably within logistics, safety, or AI industries.
- Strong understanding of software solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud platforms, AI tools).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
