Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Business Rules, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Workflows, and other ServiceNow tools.
- Experience in ACL creation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of data import processes from third-party applications.
- Strong JavaScript, Web Services, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide Record, Glide Ajax, etc.) skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL V3 processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong client-facing communication skills (both verbal and written).
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow platform initiatives, including design, configuration, development, and testing of Service Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure workflows, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
- Architect and implement ITIL processes, ensuring optimal prioritization of development efforts.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of ServiceNow applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code, following ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
