About the Role

We're looking for a senior product designer who can help our clients create simple engaging experiences for their users.

What you could be involved in:

  • Designing a new, innovative customer experience for a major airline, focusing on personalised, seamless digital services throughout the entire travel journey
  • Helping a large bank designing and launching a new AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered service for businesses to manage their money
  • Helping the NHS (National Health Service) researching and designing a new national app, as well as several other core digital health services
  • Redesigning critical reporting and management tools for the UK’s largest payments services company
  • Exploring the future of travel and the role of digital services across end-to-end journeys for a major national logistics firm
  • Assist Amnesty unearth opportunities to improve how they identify and act on human rights offences
  • Contributing to internal initiatives promoting inclusion, diversity, and sustainability to foster a more equitable and environmentally conscious workplace culture
  • Assisting the government in implementing the Government Digital Service (GDS) framework to design and develop new digital solutions aimed at improving the lives of citizens and streamlining public services

In short, you will work collaboratively with our clients to design amazing products, services, and experiences.

About You

  • UX/UI expertise: demonstrated experience in producing high-quality UX deliverables, including personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
  • User-centric approach: skilled at synthesising user insights, market data, and global trends to create outstanding user experiences
  • Collaboration: Adept at working with clients and developers to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints
  • Stakeholder management: effectively communicate design vision and progress to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Team development: identify and address skill gaps, enhancing team performance
  • Client relationships: build and maintain strong client relationships while advocating for user-cantered design
  • Design system leadership: extensive experience in creating and maintaining design systems, including client collaboration and senior stakeholder presentations
  • Client engagement: proven ability to run client workshops and present deliverables effectively
  • Visual storytelling: enthusiastic about aesthetics and skilled in visually conveying stories
  • Strategic thinker: experienced in aligning design strategies with business goals
