About the Role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to support our internal development team by providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise in .NET technologies. This is a part-time, hands-on role focused on helping our developers grow their proficiency in .NET and improve the overall quality of our codebase.

Responsibilities:

• Mentorship & Support: Provide technical guidance to other developers who are learning .NET

• Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices, clean code, and adherence to .NET standards

• Knowledge Sharing: Recommend learning materials such as courses, documentation, and hands-on exercises

• On-Demand Help: Be available to answer questions and help troubleshoot .NET-related issues as they arise

• Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to identify areas where support or improvement is needed

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET, etc.)

• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and common .NET development tools

• Experience mentoring or coaching other developers is a big plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently with a distributed team

• Able to allocate consistent weekly hours (10–15 hrs/week)

• Ideally, can work between 4pm to 12am PH time
