UK Transactions & Reporting
- Manage daily transactions for five (5) working bank accounts and fourteen (14) underwriter bank accounts.
- Create import files for claims and refunds, ensuring that payments and receipts are correctly matched. Support UK Broking accounts, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Reconcile bank statements and upload financial data into OIT.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) by posting invoices for three entities and submitting them for payment.
- Handle expense and mileage claim forms, ensuring timely processing.
- Request approvals for payments and liaise with relevant teams for authorization.
- Perform credit card reconciliations and review transactions for accuracy.
- Chase missing invoices from staff and managers to maintain up-to-date financial records. Assist with other ad hoc bookkeeping and finance-related duties as required.
- EUR Transactions & Reporting Oversee daily transactions for PCH, Austria, and Germany working and underwriter bank accounts.
- Download and create import files in the correct formats for Xero, ensuring proper data processing. Reconcile bank statements and upload financial records into OIT.
- Process AP for PCH and Austria, ensuring accurate posting and timely payments.
- Manage expense and mileage claims with appropriate documentation.
- Request approvals for payments and ensure compliance with payment policies.
- Follow up on missing invoices to maintain accuracy in accounts.
- Handle other ad hoc financial tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of Xero, OIT, and other accounting software.
- Experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and credit card reconciliations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work on mid-shift (03:00 PM-12:00 AM)
