Senior Analyst - SAP Order to Cash Pre-PGI

Position Summary

Zoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock.The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization is as a key building block of ZTD comprising of enterprise applications and systems platforms.

This position plays an important role in managing the SAP O2C Pre-Delivery process within the SAP Commercial services team based out of ZICC. He will be a key member of ZICC, SAP Commercial services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
• Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for EMEA, APAC regions and report to ZICC Product Expert.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to configure document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, Intercompany process, pricing conditions, access sequence, tables, output determination, partner determination & GATP.
• Ability to prototype, test and implement O2C functionalities and integration with MM/FICO/PP/Vistex/Salesforce, Hybris / Third-party SAP modules.
• Deliver local statutory requirements for international markets.
• Occasionally support AMS team in high priority issues and come up with solutions

Organizational Relationships:

• Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
• Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
• Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
• Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-7+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
• Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
• Experience in SAP HANA/Vistex Modules/CRM/Hybris/Salesforce is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
• Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.
• Good to have knowledge of Rebates and Revenue recognition, Account determination, Serial number management and Make to Order/Make to Stock
• Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
• Strong Business communication and Analytical skills
• Timely decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support multiple markets, Example : EMEA and APAC projects.

Location: Hyderabad, India.

Physical Position Requirement:

Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).

Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live
