About the role

We are looking for a driven sales executive with experience selling services to book publishers to lead sales for our AI audiobook production services. The ideal candidate will have established relationships in publishing, particularly with companies producing 200+ titles annually, and a proven ability to close deals. This role is all about selling and forming deep partnerships with high-volume publishers – no heavy emphasis on building sales systems or strategy plans. You’ll be a key driver of revenue growth, actively closing deals, and positioning Futuri as the top AI audiobook partner for publishers.

What you'll do

  • Sell AI-powered audiobook production services to top-tier book publishers.
  • Identify, engage, and build partnerships with publishers producing 200+ titles per year.
  • Act as a trusted partner to publishing executives, deeply understanding their needs and creating tailored audiobook solutions that drive value.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pitching and closing deals with high-volume publishers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key publishing contacts, ensuring Futuri becomes their first choice for audiobook production.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitors to stay competitive and refine your sales approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales to book publishers, ideally with established relationships in the publishing industry.
  • Experience selling services to high-volume publishers (200+ titles per year).
  • Strong understanding of audiobook production and publisher needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven – you’re here to sell and close deals.
