Provides end-to-end customer support in the following areas: (1) contract and order management, (2) logistics and solution delivery, and (3) billing and invoicing. Coordinates between relevant internal and external parties and ensures timely and accurate execution of sales (lead-to-order) and, especially, delivery (order-to-cash) processes. Executes global standards and practices at the local level.

  • Provides proactive Sales support services, including providing order status to Sales and acting as a liaison between Sales and the other delivery functions within the company.
  • Processes sales orders and supplier documentation - including order coding and hardware / solution configurations, within the company systems.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals and agreements.
  • Progressing orders to ensure timely delivery and preparing billing and invoice documentation.
  • Monitors orders to ensure timely delivery and effective internal - external communication.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure activities are being performed as it relates to customer orders.
  • Gathers data and information to assist with sales forecast preparation and revenue / margin reporting.
  • Responds to customer sales correspondence and information requests, providing background information and distributing to relevant teams / team members.
  • Maintains and updates core data in the relevant financial database with high quality.
  • Works collaboratively with team members and colleagues, delivering on assigned tasks and projects

Required Qualifications

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Conceptual knowledge of order management processes, ideally gained in a Retail or Banking product environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of working with data, driving analytics and reporting.
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail, produce high quality work and deliver to timelines.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills.
  • Excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
  • Experience using Oracle, or similar ERP system and Sales Force
  • Fluent in Spanish in a business environment preferred
  • Understanding financial concepts, i.e., revenue recognition, billing, order-to-cash, working capital, etc.
  • Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams

Salary Range: $60,000 to $82,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience.
