About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Restaurant Operations Associate to support restaurant onboarding and order execution workflows for a fast-growing tech company revolutionizing the in-store digital experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up and managing restaurant listings, optimizing menus, supporting live order processes, and providing responsive customer service. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Restaurant Onboarding: Create, set up, and quality check restaurant listings with precision and accuracy.
- Menu Management: Build, edit, and optimize digital menus for new and existing restaurant partners.
- Content Enrichment: Update restaurant details, locations, and images to maintain high-quality, engaging listings.
- Order Fulfillment Support:
- Monitor and manage incoming orders to ensure timely processing.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues with third-party services.
- Provide basic customer support via text, chat, or email.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Assist the Partner Success team with operational tasks, special projects, and ad hoc support.
Requirements
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ensure all restaurant data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Speed & Efficiency: Meet deadlines and goals by working smart and maintaining productivity.
- Versatility & Flexibility: Comfortable multitasking across different workflows and shifting priorities.
- Process Orientation: Follow existing SOPs while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve them.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for managing listings, orders, and communication.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or data entry roles (restaurant or tech experience a plus).
- Experience with order management systems or menu-building platforms is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with remote teams across time zones.
