About the Role

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our client’s dynamic Research, Measurement & Data Operations team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate across departments to drive the execution of ad effectiveness studies, audience insights, and analytics reporting. Working closely with Analytics Managers and the SVP of Research, you’ll execute ad effectiveness measurement studies, generate addressable audiences, manage data pipelines, produce brand insights, and contribute to high-profile presentations. Success in this role hinges on cultivating strong relationships and communication channels across the company, ensuring smooth coordination of ad campaign analytics and ad hoc research projects.

What you’ll do

  • Manage Measurement Pipelines – Oversee the end-to-end process of ad campaign measurement data pipelines, including survey-based and geo-location-based data, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of ongoing studies.

  • Support Client Solutions – Partner with client service teams to deliver tailored solutions, including in-depth measurement analysis and custom insights for high-budget campaigns or strategic sales initiatives.

  • Drive Automation – Act as a technical analyst to streamline manual operational processes, implementing automated solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall workflow.

  • Prepare Research Deliverables – Transform data and research findings into clear, actionable presentations, client reports, marketing materials, and high-impact presentations, utilizing automation when possible for faster delivery.

  • Collaborate with Data Products – Work alongside the Data Products team to design custom audience segments and conduct location-based analyses, providing valuable insights for targeted marketing strategies.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration – Cultivate strong relationships across the organization, proactively identifying and driving research opportunities that align with broader business objectives.

  • Showcase Thought Leadership – Address industry challenges and contribute to Infillion’s thought leadership through webinars, case studies, and marketing initiatives that highlight the company’s expertise and innovative solutions.

  • Leverage Advanced Tools – Utilize cutting-edge AI and statistical software to analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and support other analytical efforts to drive actionable insights.

  • Synthesize Data from Multiple Sources – Integrate diverse data streams, including survey research, into comprehensive reports that inform sales strategies and guide client campaigns.

  • Lead Research Initiatives – Take ownership of research projects from design to execution, ensuring high-quality fielding, data analysis, and strategic insights that inform key decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of analytics/research experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, market research, attribution, location analytics or within a media agency

  • Technical Proficiency - Solid skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with experience using Python, SQL, statistical packages, GIS, Tableau, GCP and AWS solutions for advanced analysis

  • Methodological Expertise - Working knowledge of research and quantitative methods, including survey research, brand lift, marketing attribution, and media mix models

  • Project Stewardship - Demonstrated ability to guide analytical projects from scoping and design through scripting, data cleaning, processing, packaging, version control and storage via GitHub

  • Communication and Detail Orientation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, advanced quantitative/analytical training, high quality assurance and control
