We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics to maximize online engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing).
Optimize marketing funnels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
SEO & Content Marketing:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, landing pages, and website content.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and ad creatives to improve ROI.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.
Manage content calendars, create posts, and track social media performance metrics.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Implement marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) to improve workflows and personalization.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing tools.
Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
Work closely with design, sales, and development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and PPC platforms.
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
