Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify potential real estate clients.
Deliver scripted sales talks that describe the company's real estate services, with the aim of gaining client interest.
Schedule appointments for real estate agents with potential clients.
Keep records of calls made and results achieved, including follow-up actions.
Answer potential clients' questions about real estate services.
Overcome objections of prospective clients through effective communication.
Maintain client information in the database accurately.
Stay informed about the real estate market and trends.
Work collaboratively with the real estate team to enhance sales strategies.
Provide feedback from potential clients to improve calling scripts and approaches.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting or sales is a MUST
Real estate experience is required (Property acquisitions or management)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
Basic understanding of real estate and property management.
Good organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
Proficiency in using computers and related software for record-keeping and communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
