As a Field Support Lead, you will represent Qualcomm by supporting the Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) responsibilities to create best-in-class in-store experiences through training and hands-on demonstrations of our client’s computing products You will guide a team of new field representatives through every stage of their new hire process, providing education and training to enhance sales performance in their respective markets and stores. As their primary point of contact, your role is to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and support to effectively implement the team's strategy.
This is a full-time opportunity, working Thursday through Monday to support the field team. This is a remote role with local travel as needed within your designated market. Compensation
$26.00 - $30.00/hour pay rate + up to 10% annual bonus potential paid quarterly

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Achieve KPI’s and strive to consistently meet goals and program objectives
- Facilitate virtual orientation sessions; and manage logistics for providing new hires with their required work materials
- Work with the Operations team to ensure all field representatives are scheduled appropriately each week
- Review each weekend day to verify all scheduled field representatives have clocked in and out per the company requirements; provide update to RSM on team’s execution
- Work with Training Manager to understand performance against KPIs and work with the managers to build strategies to close gaps
- Work with the RSM to assess and evaluate team and individual performance; help the managers to build strategies to close gaps
- Fully understand the features and benefits of Qualcomm products
- Support RSM by facilitating sales training events with field team, as needed
- Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals
- Support the Regional Sales Managers in the expectation to create a culture of recognition and best practice sharing across teams via team calls and our social media platform
- Summarize and report on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as competitive insights
- Display a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
- 3+ years of retail management, field management, or territory management; previous experience in a field sales/retail environment preferred
- Consumer Electronics experience is a must

- Ability to travel locally within a designated market as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
