This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on our web and mobile applications to ensure seamless performance and usability.
- Develop, document, and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures for key platform features such as reservation engines, insurance integration, and identity verification.
- Identify, report, and track bugs, working closely with developers to ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct end-to-end testing on new releases and features, ensuring functionality, security, and user experience standards are met.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Maintain test plans and reports to document test cases and project statuses accurately.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in SaaS or fleet management/rental platforms.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress) and manual testing processes.
- Ability to perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with tools for tracking and reporting bugs (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with APIs and integration testing.
- Familiarity with fleet management or car rental software.
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS.
