Purification & Filtration Syndication Specialist (Solventum)
We are pleased to announce that Solventum has entered into a definitive agreement to sell our Purification & Filtration business to Thermo Fisher Scientific. This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Syndication Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading the strategic development and implementation of the overall syndication strategy to enhance operational efficiency with cross-functional team
Supporting large content modification projects
Ensuring master data integrity as well as maintaining the processes to support data quality
Performing data and content validation and transformation across multiple channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is distributed consistently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate product data for syndication.
Leading projects with divisions and channel teams Globally with a focus on channel & marketplace syndication, product content completeness and data standards such as GS1 and eClass
Working with internal and external customers to understand, validate and detail their market requirements as well as data standards with respect to product content and to translate these into technical and process specifications.
Supporting the channel syndication programs and operational work to deliver product information in individual formats, mappings, data standards and conversions to key channel partners, data portals and customers across all divisions.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related field and 4 years' experience with data analytics and structures
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of experience with data analytics and structures
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Working experiences with IT systems such as PIM systems, SAP, Salsify, Akeneo (or similar provider), AEM
Knowledge about and experience with industry syndication standards like GS1 & eClass
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Customer management experience
Very strong analytical and structured outside-in thinking.
Ability to describe/collect complex data requirements in front of customers and articulate them in an easy-to-understand manner.
A strong customer service ethic for both internal and external customers

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
