We are currently searching for a Project Manager :

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning (timelines, budgets, resource allocation), risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with teams to design system architecture and configure solutions.
  • Manage project migrations (tool-to-tool transitions) and ensure seamless handover to operational teams post-delivery.
  • Implement change management processes to control scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and document lessons learned for continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, including migrations and system architecture alignment.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in remote environments.
  • Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating capabilities into technical solutions.
  • Experience with change management, risk mitigation, and post-implementation support.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
