We are looking for a Product & Technology Delivery Lead to join our growing team at Helios, a global HR tech SaaS startup. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the execution of strategic product and technology initiatives, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery. You will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to manage roadmaps, prioritize workstreams, and resolve delivery roadblocks.
You will report to the COO and act as a critical connection point between leadership, engineering, and product teams in our high-growth, startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and optimize cross-functional product and tech delivery, aligning roadmaps with company priorities
- Own sprint planning, delivery timelines, and cross-team coordination across engineering, QA, and product
- Identify delivery risks and implement solutions to improve velocity and remove blockers
- Support product managers with release planning, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive accountability across squads while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Monitor KPIs, engineering throughput, and release health to recommend improvements
- Work closely with leadership to ensure all tech and product initiatives support long-term scalability and business needs
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in delivery or program management, ideally in early-stage SaaS environments
- Proven experience working on global enterprise platforms (preferably HRIS, payroll, or HCM systems)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and roadmap planning
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams in high-growth environments
- Solid technical background (or strong familiarity) with software development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and automation
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager
- Exposure to HR compliance, global payroll systems, or fintech-related technologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Miro
