This is a remote position.
The Procurement Analyst's primary function will be obtaining, verifying and updating compliance required documentation and assistance reviewing and updating templates as required. The Procurement Analyst assists in preparing file documentation in accordance with policy and procedures. The Procurement Analyst assists with special projects and provides direction to subordinate personnel.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Assist with obtaining compliance required documents in accordance with Procurement policy.
Support the team in identifying vendors prior to awards obtaining, validating and processing Compliance required documentations.
Extensive vendor interaction to ensure compliance of documents
Review/negotiate/approve redlines of terms and or certifications
Coordinate with Program(s) in development of recommended suppliers based on gathered information and may also recommend improvements to procurement processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience. Or a High School Diploma and 6 years of experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the ManTech procurement system.
Experience with DoD procurement activities.
Clearance Requirement:
No clearance required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00-$77,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
