Job Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
• Extensive expertise in the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including:
  • Manufacturing
  • Cost Management/Cost Accounting
  • Inventory
• Proven experience with SQR & SQL Server and Nvision reporting tool.
• Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft architecture and application functionality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system issues effectively.
• Ability to maintain and enhance PeopleSoft systems for performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and documenting resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance system functionality to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Support PeopleSoft modules related to the supply chain, focusing on manufacturing, cost management, and inventory.
• Perform regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.
