France onlyThe resource is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the Facilities in EMEAI Region, be a business partner to the Regional Facility Managers and Facility managers, as well as commercial partners. This position will report to the EMEAI Region Finance Director.
They will evaluate internal returns on projects, provide financial oversight, drive continuous improvement, and optimize the performance of the facilities, while maximizing utilization of company assets. Additionally, this position will evaluate manning requirements, standardize reporting across the region, be responsible for Budgets preparation, and play an active part of acquisition integration.
The position must develop and maintain a customer service-oriented attitude toward internal and external customers. The position is accountable for providing accurate and timely reporting and analyzing of financial information. They will implement internal controls to safeguard assets, assure accuracy and legitimacy of P&L expenses.
This position can be based in any county within EMEAI, working remotely on hybrid (at your local site). There is some travel on occasion.
Major Tasks Performed:
- Prepare Monthly Financials reporting package for both PCG Facilities Leadership and Facility Managers, analyze and suggest area of focus to thrive better performances for the Organisation, as well as collaborate with financial colleagues across the region and snr finance stakeholders at BU level
- Develop and review internal controls to protect assets, maintain accuracy in records, and report information to Local, Regional and Division management.
- Prepares and analyzes annual budget. Explain variances and gaps between Actuals and Budget.
- Analysis and reporting of capital investments, including due diligence of project justifications, reporting actual spend, and forecasting future spend.
- Special assignments and projects as directed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Five years of experience in a multinational environment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
