What you’ll do:
As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta and other paid marketing channels to drive high-quality leads and maximize revenue. You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, ensuring they hit key ROI, revenue, and margin targets.
Your responsibilities include:
✅ Managing budgets and campaigns to drive efficiency and profitability
✅ Developing and iterating on testing plans to uncover incremental improvements
✅ Defining and tracking KPIs, using data insights to refine strategies
✅ Analyzing campaign performance and reporting key takeaways to stakeholders
✅ Identifying new revenue opportunities and areas for optimization
✅ Ensuring ad content is compliant with advertising guidelines
✅ Collaborating with our Creative Studio to brief and develop engaging creatives
✅ Conducting A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve CTR & CR
✅ Escalating underperforming campaigns and providing solutions for improvement

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in marketing (performance marketing experience is a plus!)
✔️ Hands-on expertise in Social Paid advertising – from campaign setup to optimization : eg. Tiktok/Facebook
✔️ Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive data-backed decisions
✔️ Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI
✔️ Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices
