The Records Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, documenting metrics and trends, and creating reports that allow stakeholders to quickly evaluate the course of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring they are properly labeled, indexed, and stored.

  • Provides support for electronic file and box retrieval.

  • Assumes responsibility for IM account consolidation project analysis and coordination.

  • Coordinates and supports Records Manager on consolidation efforts for multiple Iron Mountain accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a records management environment is required.

  • Knowledge of Records management systems such as; FileTrail. Net Documents, IM Connect is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate within a team

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in client interactions

  • Knowledge of Scanning documents for digitization
