Job Description:
We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant with 5-10 years of experience, specializing in US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, configurations, and end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Payroll for US-based clients.
Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions for payroll processing.
Work with stakeholders to optimize payroll, taxation, and compliance requirements.
Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing in Oracle Fusion.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues and integrations.
Ensure compliance with US payroll tax laws, garnishments, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams for payroll integrations using Oracle Cloud tools.
Conduct UAT, training, and post-implementation support for payroll users.
