Job Description
We’re seeking a tech-savvy, self-driven Podcast & Operations Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage our flagship podcast production process, handle customer support initiatives, and maintain crucial business metrics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools while contributing to the success of a thriving online education business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and problem-solving skills are valued.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end podcast management for 2 weekly episodes using Captivate.fm
- Coordinate with podcast editors through Upwork messaging system
- Create and manage podcast visual assets using Canva templates
- Process podcast content through Podupper for link management
- Handle guest communication and updates via email
- Maintain and update business metrics in Airtable
- Develop and implement a new customer support system using Intercom
- Manage customer inquiries through various platforms
- Support quarterly collaboration projects and special initiatives
- Maintain and update client-facing interfaces using Softr
- Process course-related tasks through Samcart platform
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in creating Loom videos
- Self-motivated problem-solver with the ability to research solutions independently
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn: Airtable, Softr, Canva, and various podcast management tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in customer support or willingness to learn support systems
- Comfortable with project management and maintaining metrics
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and solution development
- Must be available during Central Time (Dallas, TX) business hours
