Philippines onlyAs Marketing & Brand Manager/ Sr. Retention & Direct Response Manager, you will be responsible for driving online lead generation through both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including TV, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media. This is a hands-on role, where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets.

Your responsibilities include:
- Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI assisted voice channels.
- Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies
- Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans
- Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion
- Managing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign success
Requirements
- Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels
- Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
- A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
