We are seeking a Marketing Automation Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in scaling and optimizing our marketing operations through automations.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on leveraging modern tools and technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage complex automation workflows using Python, JavaScript, and tools like n8n, ensuring seamless integration with our marketing strategies.
- Seamlessly integrate platforms such as ActiveCampaign, RudderStack, and Amplitude, utilizing APIs and JSON for efficient data exchange.
- Execute ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy, leveraging SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Integrate AI solutions like OpenAI, Anthropic, Crew AI and LangChain to enhance marketing strategies and automate workflows.
- Work closely with marketing, data, and product teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Continuously assess and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
What You Need To Succeed:
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for script development and automation.
- SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs using REST and JSON.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, Crew AI and LangChain.
- Familiarity with ActiveCampaign, n8n, BigQuery, RudderStack and Amplitude.
