Job Description:

The Manager, Innovation and Delivery will drive the incubation, scaling, and operationalization of new business ideas.

Incubation of New Initiatives:

  • Leading the development of new partnerships, acquisitions, and product delivery streams.
  • Ensuring these initiatives are feasible and aligned with company strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Building strong partnerships across internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Delivery.
  • Operationalizing ideas quickly and efficiently for new product or service rollouts.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Establishing best practices, processes, and methodologies for incubating and scaling delivery models.
  • Enhancing delivery performance while maintaining profitability.

Strategic Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Tracking progress of new initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and financial goals are met.
  • Developing strategies to improve delivery efficiency and organizational readiness.

Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years experience including leadership experience in Professional Services (indicating a focus on service delivery, consulting, or client-facing implementations).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of:
  • Skill in: Strong operational skills for quickly turning ideas into action.
  • Ability to: Manage complex partnerships, acquisitions, and product or service innovation streams. Strategic thinking to enhance delivery processes and ensure scalability.
