Job Title: Manager, Access Partners
Position Summary:
The position of Manager, Access Partners plays a critical role in leading the Access Partner program with strong focus on operations, implementation, cross-project and department alignment. The Manager, Access Partners is responsible supporting and managing relationships with the access partners and supporting transactions, processes and workflows between various digital assets within a manufacturer’s access ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and direct access partner programs often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrixed partners. Constituents may include CareMetx, and Regeneron personnel involved in executing the patient access program as well as personnel that work for access partner(s).
- Be the single point of contact for strategizing, planning, orchestrating, and delivering to both the access partner and manufacturer.
- Drive and support multiple workstreams to ensure program goals are reached.
- Ensure program end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefits.
- Effectively manage and consult with clients on engagements, balancing directive with collaborative communication to ensure products and services meet contractual requirements.
- Oversee and manage 3rd party vendors as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders, including external clients, on different aspects of assigned initiatives.
- Facilitate and drive working sessions with clients and stakeholders to plan initiatives, elicit requirements and/or business processes, and guide clients to successful outcomes.
- As needed lead regular client team and periodic stakeholder meetings to review initiative progress with key constituents.
- Continuously interact and consult with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain essential program documentation.
- Define and track project milestones by creating, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated program plan.
- Publish regular status reports to ensure the program’s overall direction and integrity.
- Ensure program adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as approved by the Manufacturer and the Access Partner.
- Ensure alignment of key program resources both internally and externally.
- Proactively anticipate and identify risks and issues; developing plans and response strategies to manage risks/issues to maximize benefits and escalating as needed.
- Make day-to-day decisions in concert with corporate strategy and program objectives.
- Represent initiatives and/or the PMO in various project governance and inter-department forums.
- Propose recommendations and adjustments to improve processes.
- Effectively manage and prioritize your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Travel may be required for project-related client meetings and training (post COVID-19)
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and prepared for work as scheduled.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in project/program management on software development and/or IT projects, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an external client-facing role delivering complex software implementations, IT projects, or management consulting services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or engineering
- Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech or healthcare hub services industries
- Management consulting experience preferred.
- Preferred knowledge: Sound healthcare and technical project delivery acumen
- PMP, CSM, PSM I/II certification(s) preferred.
