Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking law firm in a role that combines legal administration, client relations, and marketing initiatives. You’ll be at the intersection of international business, working directly with firm leadership to manage critical administrative functions across time zones. Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate complex calendar management across international time zones
  • Drive client relationship management through professional communication and follow-up
  • Process and manage client invoicing using established hourly billing templates
  • Execute marketing initiatives including strategic social media management
  • Prepare and distribute professional client engagement documentation
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements and logistics
  • Manage accounts payable and expense tracking systems
  • Support document preparation using existing legal templates
  • Maintain efficient digital filing systems for business operations
  • Execute marketing plan initiatives across various platforms
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative matters with attention to detail


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media and digital marketing tools
  • Previous law firm experience highly valued
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven time management skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent follow-through
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Professional demeanor and superior communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work afternoon UK hours
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with cross-cultural communication preferred
