The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Key Account Manager, RX role will make an impact:

•Responsible for achieving the sales budget for active products in own sales territory

•Targets activities considering customer classification.

•Customer and regional knowledge Develop.

•Takes care of keeping the CRM data up to date.

•Report visits to the CRM program on the day of the visit.

•Actively uses the CRM program to retrieve and save data.

•Develop, implement and update KAM plans.

•Actively use omnichannel tools which supports daily work: RTE’s etc.

•Allocates time appropriately per customer and conducts sales visits according to the plan.

•Consistently achieve the set frequency goal for targeted customers

•Reports and evaluates the effectiveness of the work done.

•Able to present the situation in his area in Business Review

•Follow GDP regulations in determined tasks

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • A relevant educational background. (Minimum bachelor's in marketing or equivalent scientific degree)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management - preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong initiative, reliability, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Finnish fluently.
