CCBill is an online payment services provider used by more than 30,000 websites globally that supports the needs of both new and established businesses in the ecommerce and online space. Typical projects on the CCBill side include integration with new processors, improving reporting, and enhancement of systems that can handle high volume transactions with high availability over 3 satellites in Phoenix, Ashburn and the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to work on both existing and new products and features.
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and reporting on all projects across the various teams within all companies under CWIE holding from the moment a project is requested until the final delivery and close out.
He/she will track the priority and status of all projects, the tasks required to complete them, and the resources required to implement them.
Location: Malta/Serbia/Remote (+/-3 hours CET)
Working hours: 40h/week, Monday-Friday

• Actively participates in the specification creation process to ensure that all parties who should be involved in the project are included.
• Ensures that the process of creating specifications is done in a timely manner and that the specifications are accurate, adhere to company standards and follow company process.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of project specifications to act as a reference point for relevant teams and stakeholders.
Scheduling & Tracking
• Works closely with relevant departments to develop project plans and task lists to ensure that these properly identify resource requirements.
• Responsible for communicating the overall business priorities to all stakeholders and responsible for ensuring that resources are correctly assigned to meet priorities.
• Monitors and ensures that the project being worked on adheres to specifications, priorities list, timelines and resources to ensure that the quality, cost and schedule of the final product are not compromised.
• Produces and regularly reviews work plans and schedules to ensure that bottlenecks are addressed, resolved and that stakeholders are aware of same.
• Provides periodic reports on projects, tasks, resources and budgets.
Teamwork & Communication
• Actively interacts and assists relevant parties with day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Keeps supervisor(s) informed about any issues that may arise.
• Establishes and maintains communication with all stakeholders to actively tackle issues or anomalies that may arise during project execution.
