This is a remote position.
We’re looking for experienced System Analysts with a strong background in UML, BPMN, SQL, and system design, who also bring solid business analysis skills like requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology—ensuring well-designed systems that meet real business needs.Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
Design business processes, system interactions, and workflows using UML and BPMN.
Translate business needs into structured system specifications and user stories.
Analyze SQL databases to extract, verify, and interpret data for system improvement.
Support API integrations and component-level system design.
Cooperate closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in IT or financial environments.
- Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, SQL, and system architecture.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
- Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of banking products such as payments, lending, or digital onboarding.
Experience with BigQuery, Git, Jira, Confluence, and Kibana.
