Kazakhstan only- Conduct online research on travel services
- Add information about transportation routes, tours, hotels, and other travel services to the 12Go.asia system
- Process and organize large amounts of information about travel services
- Communicate with contractor companies and 12Go.asia employees to clarify issues necessary for task completion
- Monitor the operation of the 12Go.asia system
- Provide user support (2nd and 3rd line)
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for active correspondence (at least Upper-intermediate, preferably Advanced)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- IT background
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
