- Oversee internal communication channels, including All Hands meetings, Slack, and company intranet (The Landing).
- Manage and maintain organizational calendars (e.g., Asana).
- Drive measurement and reporting for communication effectiveness.
- Lead content development for internal campaigns and announcements.
Change Communications Strategy:
- Develop and advise on strategies for high-impact change communications.
- Address initiatives such as reorganizations, reductions in force (RIFs), executive hires or departures, and performance review/reward cycles.
- Execute campaigns and announcements, including new hiring strategies, company-wide awards, and policy updates.
- Manage crisis and issues communications with a steady and strategic approach.
Team Oversight and Review:
- Act as the first-line reviewer for content created by Internal Communications Specialists.
- Review and refine communications such as leader and partner emails, Company All Hands materials, and campaign content.
- Provide oversight on coordination with leadership and communication partners for initiatives such as monthly video series and business transformation communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence leaders and key communication partners.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of the cloud and SaaS industries is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- A strong grasp of corporate communication strategies, particularly in high-growth, tech-focused environments.
- Previous experience with internal communication tools and platforms.
