Responsibilities

This can be the internship for you if you're eager to learn SharePoint design by enhancing user experiences through design improvements, updating and maintaining employee intranet content and improving site navigation.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, responsible for:

• Gathering and Analyzing statistics for the Sharepoint Technology Support site
• Improving the usability of the Sharepoint Technology Support Site
• Assist in the development of knowledgebase articles and improving the user experience of the Sharepont Technology Site
• Providing reporting and analysis for ITSM Service Desk and Asset Management
• Organize and maintain IT resources.

Qualifications

• Academic Majors: Pursuing Degree in Information Technology or similar
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sharepoint Online, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and creativity
• Strong knowledge of personal computer hardware and software
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Participates in extra-curricular activities and demonstrates the energy, commitment and drive necessary to succeed at CareCentrix.
• Committed to playing a positive role in each of the communities in which we operate.
