A Day in the Life
Contribute actively to deliverables, brainstorming with professionals, refining kick-off decks, and creating materials that empower both our internal and external processes. You are a dependable team member who keeps workflow on track while occasionally diving into administrative projects to add value. Your days are dynamic—yet structured—and molded for you to advance both professionally and personally.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with colleagues on drafting invitations and setting up Review Calls
- Createreminder emails, ensuring deadlines are effectively adhered to
- Keep project updates organized through system entries and tracker maintenance
- Manage deliverables within tight time frames to support seamless workflow
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and update corresponding trackers
- Develop presentation decks designed for internal and external meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team to drive success in the department
- Perform other duties as assigned to help achieve teamgoals
What You Must Have
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a recent college graduate
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Principles and evaluation processes
- Availability to work 20 hours per week for 8 to 12 weeks, beginning May/June through August/September.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe tools, and virtual platforms such as WebEx or similar
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within dynamic, remote work environments
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze information, propose creative solutions, and work well in teamwork-based environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Basic knowledge of the Medical Communications industry
