Job Description
As our Go High Level CRM Technical Specialist, you’ll be at the intersection of technical support and strategic implementation, playing a crucial role in our global digital transformation initiative. This position offers unique exposure to international markets while allowing you to directly impact the success of our expanding network of fitness facilities. You’ll work with a modern tech stack, implement innovative solutions, and help shape the future of our digital operations across multiple continents. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical support specialist for our Go High Level CRM platform, supporting 60+ locations across multiple international markets
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical assistance through our chat support system
- Design and implement automated workflows that streamline operations across our global network
- Develop and optimize CRM processes that scale effectively with our rapid growth
- Collaborate with HQ to implement strategic digital initiatives and automation solutions
- Advise on best practices for CRM configuration and usage across the organization
- Support the successful onboarding and technical integration of new franchise locations
- Contribute to broader digital initiatives including website optimization and SEO projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven expertise with Go High Level CRM platform and its technical capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience implementing and optimizing automated workflows in CRM systems
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience supporting multiple time zones and international markets preferred
- Background in franchise or multi-location business environments is a plus
- Ability to work adjusted hours covering US West Coast and Australian business hours
- Self-motivated with strong organization and time management skills
- Passion for fitness industry and technology innovation preferred
