Job Title: GoHighLevel CRM Expert
Schedule: Flexible | Approximately 10–12 hours per week Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Expert to help set up, manage, and optimize our CRM workflows and automations. This role requires hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform and a strategic mindset to streamline lead management, campaign automation, and client communications. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and marketing-savvy, with a strong understanding of funnels, email/SMS campaigns, and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure GoHighLevel CRM, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and appointment booking systems
Design and execute email and SMS campaigns
Integrate third-party tools and APIs with GoHighLevel as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues or bugs
Train team members on how to effectively use GoHighLevel features
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion and engagement
Ensure all CRM workflows are aligned with marketing and sales strategies
Requirements
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1 year)
Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead funnels, and automation workflows
Ability to build and optimize email, SMS, and nurture sequences
Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and Zapier
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with attention to detail and process optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with agencies, coaches, or service-based businesses
Basic knowledge of copywriting and funnel conversion strategies
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
